Booking Terms

Once a consultation session is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. This policy is in place because our appointments are limited and carefully planned in advance to maintain the quality of each session and respect the time of both our consultant and other clients.

No Refunds

As our services involve time, expertise, and a reserved appointment slot, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or missed appointments.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

Technical Issues (for Online Sessions)

In the rare case of technical disruptions from our end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. Please ensure your internet connection is stable before the call.
