Return & Refund Policy

At Aurafluence, we are committed to providing insightful and valuable consultation services in numerology, tarot card readings, and distance healing. Since our services involve time, expertise, and personalized guidance, we do not offer refunds once a session has been conducted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• If you cancel before 24 hours, you may receive a refund or choose to reschedule. Refund amount will be credited within 3-5 days.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Dissatisfaction with Services

We strive to offer meaningful and accurate guidance. However, as spiritual consultations are subjective, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction. If you have concerns, we welcome your feedback to improve our services.

Technical Issues (for Online Sessions)

In case of technical issues preventing a session from taking place, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
