• Payments are non-refundable, as sessions are custom-prepared and time-bound.

No Rescheduling or Cancellations

Once a session is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. This is because each time slot is exclusively reserved for you and preparation begins as soon as a booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the scheduled time.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without any prior communication, the session will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Punctuality & Session Quality

Please join your session on time. Delays on your end may reduce the total time available for consultation. Extra time or refunds will not be granted for late arrivals.

Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

• If there are technical issues on our end, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost.

• For client-side issues, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but reschedules will be limited.
